Refund Policy

We want your Breezestead order to arrive in good condition and match what you selected. This policy explains returns, refunds and exchanges.

1. Return window

14 days You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
€6 per product A return contribution of €6 per product applies, or the equivalent in your checkout currency.

2. How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at support@breezestead.com with:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • the product and variant you want to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photos if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please do not send a return without contacting support first. Unidentified returns may take longer to process.

4. Product condition

Returned products must be:

  • clean and complete;
  • returned with their accessories and packaging where possible;
  • not damaged by misuse or improper care;
  • not washed, stained, torn, altered or carrying strong odours.

Where permitted by law, Breezestead may refuse a return or apply a deduction if the product has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

5. Return costs

The customer is responsible for return costs. If Breezestead provides a return label, a return contribution of €6 per product will be deducted from the refund, or charged separately where applicable.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect due to our error, this return contribution does not apply.

6. Refund processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect product

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time at support@breezestead.com.

Please include photos of the product, packaging and shipping label so we can investigate quickly.

8. Exchanges

If you want another colour or size, contact us. Exchanges depend on stock availability and may require returning the original product first.

9. Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Breezestead products are bedding comfort products. They are not air conditioners, cooling machines or medical devices.
