Shipping Policy
Breezestead orders are prepared quickly and shipped with tracking. Customs duties and import taxes are handled by us, so customers should not receive extra customs fees at delivery.

Breezestead currently ships to the following markets:
- France
- Germany
- United Kingdom
Availability may change depending on logistics capacity, stock and carrier restrictions.
3. Estimated delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, carrier transit is generally estimated at 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination, carrier flow and local delivery conditions.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, customs controls, peak periods, carrier delays or incorrect delivery details.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are included. Customers should not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
If a carrier or customs authority asks for an unexpected payment, please contact us before paying whenever possible at support@breezestead.com.
5. Tracking your order
Once tracking is available, you can follow your parcel through the tracking information provided by email.

6. Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address or stop the shipment.
7. Failed delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, absence or failure to collect the parcel, additional reshipping or return costs may apply.
8. Lost or damaged parcel
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@breezestead.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the parcel and product.
