2. Products

Breezestead sells lightweight cool-touch bedding products designed for warm nights and comfort-focused use.

Product details, colours, sizes, prices and availability are displayed on the product page. Images are for presentation purposes and colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and production batches.

3. Product claim notice

Breezestead CoolTouch Quilt is designed to deliver a fresh skin-contact sensation and help reduce the feeling of heat build-up under the covers.

It does not cool an entire room, replace air conditioning or provide medical treatment. Comfort results may vary depending on room temperature, humidity and individual sensitivity.

4. Orders

Orders are placed online through the Breezestead checkout. The customer must provide complete, accurate billing and shipping information.

Breezestead may refuse or cancel an order in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, technical issue, stock unavailability or breach of these Terms.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Promotions, bundles and discount codes may be subject to conditions, availability and expiry dates.

The final price is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

6. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. Payment methods available may include card payments and supported accelerated checkout options.

Payment providers process transactions securely. Breezestead does not store full card numbers.

7. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated at 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination and carrier flow.

Customs duties and import taxes are included. Customers should not receive extra customs fees at delivery.

8. Tracking

Tracking information is provided once available. Customers can track YunExpress shipments here: Track my order.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return. A return contribution of €6 per product, or equivalent in the checkout currency, applies unless the product is defective, incorrect or damaged due to our error.

Products must be returned clean, complete and in a condition suitable for inspection. Full details are available in the Refund Policy.

10. Legal guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or legal guarantees that apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.

If you believe your product is defective or non-conforming, contact us with your order number and photos.

11. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• checking product size and variant before ordering;
• entering accurate delivery details;
• following washing and care instructions;
• contacting support promptly in case of issue;
• returning products safely when a return is approved.

12. Website content

Texts, images, branding, layout, icons and product presentation on Breezestead are protected and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission.

13. Force majeure

Breezestead is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs disruption, extreme weather, strikes, technical outages or regulatory restrictions.

14. Personal data
